1982.2-1987.8:中國農業科學院上海家畜寄生蟲病研究所,從事家畜日本血吸蟲病免疫預防、診斷、流行病學研究;
1987.9-1988.12:美國賓夕法尼亞大學醫學院,訪問學者,從事寄生蟲免疫學研究;
1989.1-1992.4:中國農業科學院上海家畜寄生蟲病研究所,從事家畜日本血吸蟲病免疫預防、診斷、流行病學研究;
1992.5-1993.7:英國倫敦大學衛生和熱帶醫學院,訪問學者,從事寄生蟲分子生物學研究;
1994.8-1997.7:美國哥倫比亞大學醫學院,Research fellow, 從事腫瘤分子生物學研究;
1997.8至今:中國農業科學院上海獸醫研究所(原中國農業科學院上海家畜寄生蟲病研究所),從事日本血吸蟲功能基因組學和蛋白質組學、血吸蟲與宿主相互作用機制、家畜血吸蟲病免疫預防、診斷和綜合防治等研究。
兼任農業部動物寄生蟲學重點實驗室主任、農業部血吸蟲病專家諮詢委員會主任委員、全國動物防疫專家委員會寄生蟲病專家組副組長,衛生部疾病預防控制專家委員會血吸蟲病和寄生蟲病分委員會委員,中國畜牧獸醫學會獸醫寄生蟲分會副理事長、上海市寄生蟲學會副理事長、上海師範大學兼職教授、《中國血吸蟲病防治雜誌》副主編等職。
1、家畜日本血吸蟲病控制技術,2011年獲中華農業科技獎二等獎;
2、日本血吸蟲疫苗候選抗原基因篩選及保護效果,2008年獲上海市科技進步二等獎;
3、日本血吸蟲生長發育相關基因的篩選、分析及功能研究,2008年獲中國農業科學院科學技術成果二等獎;
4、東方田鼠實驗動物化和抗血吸蟲病機制研究,2006年獲上海市科學技術進步三等獎;
5、重流行區動物血吸蟲病疫情控制技術研究,2003年獲上海市科學技術進步二等獎;
7、江湖洲灘地區日本血吸蟲病流行病學調查和防治對策,1993年獲農業部科學技術進步三等獎。
