科研成就

研究領域和興趣
主要研究方向為光學感測新原理、新方法。
光學感測新原理、新方法。主要興趣為:基於金屬納米材料光譜(熒光、局域表面等離子體共振吸收/散射)的生物感測,以及生物大分子與小分子的相互作用。
具有納米層間結構固定相的合成、酶及其他分子的固定化及其應用於分離以及光學感測器的研究等。生物大分子(蛋白質,核酸,糖類物質等)與小分子的超分子作用及其在生物大分子測定方面的應用研究。
口腔保健產品臨床功能的實驗室評價方法的建立及實施,如牙膏和潔牙劑的摩擦力及物理和化學清潔力的國際標準的建立和評價,與齲齒病相關的牙釉質脫礦和再礦化程度的定量測定方法的建立等。臨床數據的統計處理。
