2001年獲華東師範大學生物化學與分子生物學學士學位;
2006年獲華東師範大學生物化學與分子生物學博士學位;
2005年1月到2006年6月在美國國家衛生研究所(National Institutes of Health, NIH)過敏與感染疾病研究所(National Institute of allergy and Infectious Diseases, NIAID)作聯合培養博士研究生;
2006年9月到2010年1月在美國加州大學聖地亞哥分校(University of California, San Diego)醫學院皮膚學系作博士后;
2010年1月底受聘為華東師範大學教授。
與宿主共生的一些細菌有益於宿主,這已成為近幾年的研究熱點。皮膚共生菌是如何增強皮膚免疫能力來抗衡微生物入侵和/或感染以及如何調節銀屑病人的再生胰島源蛋白3A 的表達是我們的主要研究方向。目前本課題組正與美國、韓國等國家的科學家合作,研究重點包括:1)表皮葡萄球菌的脂磷壁酸(lipoteichoic acid)對傷口炎症發生過程中Toll樣受體3(Toll-like receptor 3, TLR3)信號通路的調控機理; 2)皮膚傷口炎症發生過程中炎症因子的產生機制和腫瘤壞死因子受體相關因子1(TNF receptor-associated factor 1, TRAF1)對TLR3信號通路所引發炎症的抑制機理;3)表皮葡萄球菌誘導抗菌肽β-防禦素和鼠源再生胰島源蛋白3-γ在皮膚傷口感染中的調節機制;4)REG3A在銀屑病中的調節表達。
曾為多項美國國家衛生研究所(NIH)研究項目的主要承擔人。
