南大學食品研究所教授

吳希陽,男,2006年在澳大利亞University of Wollongong獲生物學博士學位,2006年3月來暨南大學理工學院工作。暨南大學食品研究所教授,主要從事微生物快速檢測和微生物製劑開發。發表在國外的論文累計引用260多次,最高單引206次。

吳希陽教授在國外留學工作多年,2007年由高層次人才引進到暨南大學食品系,一直從事食品安全檢測和過程式控制制、益生菌益生元以及動物營養與健康的研究與開發。近年來在Applied & Environmental Microbiology, Journal of Microbiology Methods, Journal of Applied Microbiology, Microbiology, Australian Veterinary Journal等SCI雜誌上發表了20來篇論文,核心期刊論文15篇,並擁有1項國際基因專利。主持參與國家級科研課題8項,橫向課題3項。累計科研基金200萬元。
中國食品科技學會高級會員、中國微生物學會高級會員、廣東省食品學會常務理事、廣東省食品學會益生菌與乳品專業委員會專家委員、省部企業科技特派員。
