李徠小明,女,醫學博士。現為同濟醫院放射科副主任,肌肉骨關節影像診斷學術帶頭人。教授、主任醫師、博士生導師。“華中學者”特聘教授。從事放射診斷臨床工作30年。
全球綜合性影像診斷雜誌影響因子排名第二《Investigative Radiology》(在美國出版)在中國的唯一編委。國家自然科學基金二審專家。中華放射學會骨關節專業委員會副主任委員。《European Radiology》、《Journal of Magnetic Resonance Imaging》、《Journal of Neurology》等雜誌的審稿專家。
2000年至2002年的三年時間,是美國哈佛大學影像研究中心的博士后研究員及講師。1994年至1995年的一年時間,是義大利Chieti大學醫院放射科的住院醫師。
9項國家自然科學基金項目的主持人,包括1項重大國際合作項目,1項重點項目,7項面上項目。1項同濟醫院十大轉化醫學研究項目的主持人。以第一作者和通訊作者在國內外著名影像學專業期刊雜誌上發表了學術論文70多篇,其中SCI期刊論文30多篇。參與編寫出版磁共振專著4部(英文版,全部由國際著名出版社Thieme出版發行)。曾獲湖北省科技進步三等獎及全軍科技進步三等獎。多次榮獲同濟醫院年度個人“突出貢獻獎”。
李小明領導的團隊與美國哈佛醫學院影像研究中心、美國得克薩斯大學醫學中心放射科等,建立了長期穩定的合作交流關係,包括:派送多位年輕醫師赴合作方工作,雙方合作發表SCI論文,合作建立歐美放射科醫師再教育網站,合作出版多部專著,獲得合作研究經費等。
在全國率先開展了各類關節炎影像診斷的臨床新技術新業務工作,取得的成績位於國際前列,已為大量患者解決了眾多疑難問題。主要擅長於:各種慢性關節炎(類風濕性關節炎、強直性脊柱炎、退行性骨關節炎、痛風性關節炎、其它各種關節炎等),因代謝、血液系統疾病引起的骨關節病變,骨缺血性壞死,肌骨關節外傷,骨腫瘤和軟組織腫瘤,骨關節感染性病變,骨軟骨發育異常等的影像學診斷。
