馬鋒旺
馬鋒旺,男, 1964年4月出生於山東省汶上縣,漢族,畢業於西北農業大學園藝系,研究生學歷。教授、博士生導師。現任西北農林科技大學園藝學院院長。

研究方向
主要研究方向為果樹逆境生物學,主要研究內容為:
(1)蘋果等果樹種質資源的抗逆性評價、抗逆基因發掘及抗逆的生理和分子機理研究;
(2)蘋果、獼猴桃Vc形成的生理與分子機理及其調控;

取得的研究成果和目前正在進行的科學研究工作情況
先後主持和參加國家自然科學基金、教育部優秀青年教師資助計劃、農業部948項目、西北農林科技大學拔尖人才資助計劃、陝西省自然科學基金、陝西省科技攻關項目等科研課題15項。1994、1997和1998年分別獲陝西省人民政府科技進步獎三等獎,1997和2000年分別獲校優秀教學成果二等獎,2004年獲校優秀教學成果一等獎。審定蘋果和杏品種4個。出版著作7部,全國統編教材3部。在國內外學術刊物上發表論文200餘篇,其中70篇為SCI源刊
1、主要學術成績及創新成果
(1)先後為本科生和研究生講授“果樹栽培學”、“果樹生理學”、“果樹科學進展”等7門課程,完成的“完善實踐教學體系提高實踐教學水平”和“暑期教學生產實習體系的建立與實踐”教改項目分別獲校優秀教學成果二等獎。主持的“園藝專業深化實踐教學,加強創新人才培養探索”,於2005年獲校優秀教學成果一等獎。
(2)山梨醇代謝與果樹抗逆性的關係研究。從蘋果葉片克隆得到合成山梨醇的關鍵酶—6-磷酸山梨醇脫氫酶基因,構建了表達載體,並轉化到非薔薇科植物中,獲得了抗性植株,提高了抗旱和抗鹽能力。
(3)逆境條件下蘋果抗壞血酸代謝規律研究。從蘋果葉片中克隆得到抗壞血酸合成酶L-半乳糖脫氫酶基因和L-半乳糖-γ-內酯脫氫酶(GalLDH)基因全長,抗壞血酸代謝循環酶抗壞血酸過氧化物酶(APX)和脫氫抗壞血酸還原酶(DHAR)基因全長;系統研究了乾旱和衰老條件下蘋果葉片抗壞血酸-谷胱甘肽(ASA-GSH)循環各組分(H2O2、ASA、DHA、APX、MDHAR、DHAR、GR及GSH和GSSG)和抗壞血酸合成關鍵酶L-半乳糖-γ-內酯脫氫酶(GalLDH)的變化規律。
