劉少軍

中國工程院院士

劉少軍,男,1962年出生,湖南長沙人,博士,劉筠院士之子,“湖南光召科技獎”獲得者。湖南師範大學教授,博導,省部共建淡水魚類發育生物學國家重點實驗室主任;中國工程院院士;國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者、全國五一勞動獎章獲得者、全國優秀教師、全國優秀科技工作者、國家大宗淡水魚產業技術體系-育種技術與方法崗位科學家、湖南省科技領軍人才。

劉少軍於1986年從湖南師範大學本科畢業;1989年從湖南師範大學碩士畢業后留校;1998年至1999年到法國從事魚類分子生物學工作后歸國工作;2000年獲得中山大學博士學位;2007年獲得國家傑出青年科學基金資助;2019年當選中國工程院院士。

1998年至1999年由國家留學基金委公派到法國從事魚類分子生物學工作后歸國工作。

劉少軍為中國水產事業做出了傑出貢獻;他在魚類生理與養殖研究領域具有較強的影響力,為推動海峽兩岸的水產科學研究做出了突出貢獻;他領導的團隊長期從事魚類遺傳育種研究;在魚類遠緣雜交研究領域的理論-技術-產品方面做出了系統的創新成績,在該研究領域處於領先水平。
劉少軍教授研究團隊歷經二十多年對魚類遠緣雜交開展了系統研究,創新地創製了多個源於遠緣雜交的同源四倍體魚品系、異源二倍體魚品系和同源二倍體魚品系,形成了系統的魚類遠緣雜交理論體系,同時強調基礎研究與應用研究並重,利用這些寶貴的品系研製了多種在生產上有重要應用價值的優良魚類。

個人生活


劉少軍的父親劉筠(1929年11月17日—2015年1月21日)是魚類繁殖和育種專家、中國工程院院士、湖南師範大學生命科學院教授,母親胡運瑾也是湖南師範大學教授。劉少軍幼年便已習慣跟隨父親去養魚基地調查研究,養魚基地多在山野之間,調研條件很艱苦,父親在水田裡搞科研,他累了,就直接睡在草棚的草垛上。

培養畢業9位博士生和15位碩士生,正在培養博士后1名,博士生4名,碩士生20餘名。以第一完成人獲得國家發明專利19項;多次參加國際性學術會議並作會議學術報告;主持培養畢業了17名博士生和41名碩士生,2名出站博士后,培養了一大批本科生;主持了國家傑出青年科學基金,國家“973”計劃課題,國家“863”計劃子課題,國家自然科學基金重點項目(3項)、國家自然科學基金重大國際合作研究項目、國家自然科學基金面上項目,科技部農業成果轉化基金等20多項國家及省部級課題。

學術交流

截至2015年4月,劉少軍先後受邀參加了在美國(2016年)和澳大利亞(2014年)舉行的世界水產學會學術年會,在法國(2007年)舉行的第八屆國際魚類繁殖生理學大會,在新加坡(2013年)舉行的魚類遺傳育種專題會議,在台灣(2007,2009年)、武漢(2008年)分別舉行的第一、二、三屆海峽兩岸“魚類生理與養殖”研討會,在北京(2015年)舉行的“淡水生物學的前沿科學問題”香山科學會議,並在上述大會中作學術報告。每年一次例會的海峽兩岸“魚類生理與養殖”研討會的大陸方面的發起人,並成功主持和承辦了第四屆海峽兩岸“魚類生理與養殖”研討會。

研究成果

撰寫的專著《魚類遠緣雜交》獲得國家科學技術學術著作出版基金資助並由科學出版社出版;以第一作者或通訊作者的110多篇學術論文發表於Genetics、Molecular and Cellular Endocrinology、Biology of Reproduction、Heredity、Current Molecular Medicine、Journal of Steroid Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、PLoS ONE、Cell and Tissue Research、Amino Acids、Marine Biotechnology、General and Comparative Endocrinology、International Journal of Biological Sciences、BMC Genetics、Aquaculture、Journal of Molecular Evolution、Journal of Experimental Zoology (Part B)、Animal Reproduction Science、《中國科學》、《科學通報》等刊物上,其中SCI論文75篇。
遠緣雜交是指種間、屬間乃至親緣關係更遠的生物類型個體之間的雜交。遠緣雜交可以使不同物種的基因組組合在一起, 導致雜交後代的表現型和基因型都發生改變。通過遠緣雜交形成遺傳變異且兩性可育的二倍體和四倍體魚品系,在生物演化和魚類遺傳育種方面具有重要意義。自然界中為什麼會存在形形色色的32000種魚類?他們的形成是否與雜交和多倍體化有關?這是值得研究的科學問題。遠緣雜交品系的創建將提供遺傳背景清楚的有利於研究品繫世代遺傳變異特性和生殖發育特性的模型。在遺傳育種方面,利用遠緣雜交形成的四倍體魚和二倍體魚品系可用來大規模製備優良的三倍體魚和二倍體魚。
劉少軍教授領導的研究團隊長期以來對遠緣雜交魚和多倍體魚進行了系統研究,在遠緣雜交的基礎理論和應用方面做出了系統的工作。該研究團隊在個體、組織、細胞及分子水平對不同倍性魚的主要生物學特徵開展了系統的研究工作,在遠緣雜交形成不同倍性魚的遺傳規律和繁殖發育規律的探索方面,做出了有特色的成績。在遠緣雜交的遺傳規律研究方面,發現魚類遠緣雜交可以形成異源四倍體魚品系、同源四倍體魚品系、異源二倍體魚品系和天然雌核發育品系;證明遠緣雜交組合中,當雙親的染色體數目不呈倍性關係時,母本的染色體數目大於或等於父本的染色體數目時,容易獲得存活後代,其中當雙親染色體數目相等時可形成異源四倍體魚品系,當雙親染色體數目不相等時,可形成具有遺傳變異的同源四倍體魚品系;形成了利用FISH等染色體檢測技術研究不同倍性魚染色體特性的技術平台;發現了遠緣雜交品系中存在基因缺失、基因插入、基因重組等基因變異的重要生物學現象。在遠緣雜交的繁殖發育規律研究方面,他們發現了遠緣雜交魚產生不減數配子的重要現象;證明了三倍體魚的不育性和四倍體魚的可育性。
劉少軍教授主持成功研製了改良異源四倍體鯽鯉品系、新型四倍體鯽魴和同源四倍體魚品系,二倍體魴鮊品系和鮊魴品系,魴鯝品系,鯉鯽品系,天然雌核發育紅鯽品系等改良和新型魚類;利用雌核發育技術製備了11種人工雌核發育魚類;利用雄核發育技術,研製了雄核發育二倍體魚(包括YY超雄魚);形成了具有應用價值的湘雲鯽2號、雜交翹嘴魴(又名翹嘴鯿)、鯿鯝雜交魚、合方鯽等優良魚類,其中湘雲鯽2號、鯿鯝雜交魚和雜交翹嘴魴3個新品種獲得農業部水產新品種證書;用倍間交配方法大規模研製的具有不育、體型美觀、肉質鮮嫩、抗逆性強、生長速度快、小刺少等優點的優良三倍體魚在全國推廣養殖,產生了顯著的經濟、社會和生態效益。
