蔡勇,吉林大學生命科學學院唐敖慶特聘教授,博士生導師。

教育經歷


1985年畢業於原白求恩醫科大學醫療系(學士);
1988-1991年在中國醫科大學第一臨床醫院血液內科獲得醫學碩士學位(導師:單書春教授);
1998年獲日本九州大學醫學部生化學醫學博士學位(導師:濱崎直孝教授);

工作經歷


1998-2000年日本東京醫科齒科大學難治疾病研究所遺傳生化學研究室,研究員(教授:北島繁孝);
2001-2009年美國Stowers醫學研究所,博士後到研究員,從事表觀遺傳學方面的研究;
2009年8月應聘為吉林大學生命科學學院教授和博士生導師,吉林大學唐敖慶特聘教授。

研究方向


人Ino80染色質重塑酶複合物的結構及其生物學功能。
染色質修飾酶之間的相互作用及其協同關係。
癌症發生髮展的表觀遺傳學調控機制及其診斷的生物標記物和靶向治療藥物的篩選和研發。
胚胎幹細胞的自我更新和分化,以及體細胞重編程(iPS)時表觀遺傳學調控機制。
