蔡開勇
2002年畢業於天津大學,獲生物醫學工程學博士學位。
2002-2005年在德國Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena從事博士后研究。
Advanced Engineering Materials客座編輯,AIMS Materials Sciences、World Journal of Stem Cells、Advanced Biomaterials 國際編委。中國生物材料學會-骨修復材料與器械分會、中國機械工程學會-生物材料表面工程專業委員會委員。
兼任Advanced Materials, J Am Chem Soc, Angew Chem Int Ed, ACS Nano, Biomaterials等60餘種國際期刊審稿人。
1、鈦及鈦合金錶/界面及其與細胞相互作用: 從天然骨多級微/納結構生物仿生角度出發,構築鈦基材多尺度微/納複合結構界面及生物誘導性界面。探究鈦基材表/界面介導特異蛋白吸附、細胞粘附/增殖/分化及組織形成的基本規律及分子機制。
2、響應性納米藥物控釋系統及微裝置: 利用鐵磁納米顆粒及介孔硅納米顆粒,發展對不同外界刺激(如熱、光、磁場、pH、氧化還原等)產生反應的響應性納米藥物遞送系統,在分子、細胞和動物水平探究各系統載體的分解、代謝及分佈,為臨床腫瘤治療提供潛在的載體及科學依據。
3、功能性鈦合金植入體研發關鍵技術: 針對臨床硬組織修復植入體(人工關節、種植牙等)潛在的炎症、細菌感染,骨質疏鬆病患固定等實際需求開展研究,發展抗菌/炎症及原位骨質疏鬆治療新技術,為研發相關功能性鈦合金植入體提供技術支撐。
2018年8月3日,國家自然科學基金委員會公布2018年度國家傑出青年科學基金建議資助項目申請人名單,其中蔡開勇研究領域的《生物醫用材料表界面》項目在2018年度國家傑出青年科學基金建議資助項目申請人名單內。
2020年11月,獲得第八屆中國僑界貢獻獎一等獎。
主持或參與973、科技部支撐計劃、國家自然科學基金重點/面上項目等20餘項。在Angew Chem Int Ed, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano,Small, Biomaterials, Acta Biomaterialia等核心期刊發表SCI論文70餘篇,IF>5的20篇,其中IF>10的6篇。獲權國家發明專利8項。
