肖志軍

1983年畢業於井岡山醫專，1987年赴江西醫學院二附院進修，1992年在北京醫科大學人民醫院進修。被贛南醫學院、井岡山醫專聘為客座副教授。

撰寫的《耳廓假性囊腫的治療方法》等21篇學術論文在各級醫學雜誌上發表，有40多篇醫學科普文章在報刊上登載。主持和參與的“改良淚囊鼻腔吻合術”等8項科研課題通過專家鑒定，並有多項成果獲得科技進步獎，開展了填補市、縣空白新技術30項。

多次被評為先進工作者和“十佳”政協委員；2000年分別獲省、市、縣“九五”雙爭立功競賽先進個人稱號；2001年4月榮獲江西省“五一勞動獎章”；2002年獲吉安市經濟技術創新先進個人；2003年獲江西省職工“自學成才獎”、江西省“科普大使”、江西省衛生系統防治非典先進個人和吉安市優秀政協委員等稱號；2005年被評為吉安市新世紀學科和技術帶頭人後備人選及吉安市衛生系統學術和技術帶頭人培養對象，被評為江西省勞動模範。

現任中華醫院管理學會會員，中華醫學會江西分會會員，吉安市政協委員和遂川縣人大常委會委員等。

2003年9月，當選為中國工會十四大代表，光榮地出席了中國工會第十四次全國代表大會，在人民大會堂受到了胡錦濤等黨和國家領導人的親切接見。
