沈亞領
魯華生物技術研究所副所長
沈亞領,男,漢族,1960年3月出生,工學博士,生物反應器工程國家重點實驗室和生物工程學院教授,生物化工、發酵工程專業博士研究生導師工、發酵工程專業博士研究生導師,魯華生物技術研究所副所長,應用微生物研究室主任,上海市生物工程學會高級會員。
長期從事微生物、生物化工、生物醫藥領域的研究工作,主持10多項國家級、省市級和橫向課題,並獲得良好經濟和社會效益,其中主持的國家863重大科技專項子課題-“抗腫瘤類新葯重組人凋亡素2配體(註冊分類I)的研發”分別獲Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期臨床批件。
出版譯著兩部、參編著作三部,近年獲發明專利4項,申請專利13項,國內外發表論文60多篇,其中Sci收錄論文28篇(總他引72次)。指導的碩士研究生論文分別獲2005和2007年上海市研究生優秀成果(學位論文),為主參與並獲省部級獎5次,目前承擔和在研國家和上海市項目3項,企業橫向課題4項。
近年主持或參加主要項目:國家863重大科技專項及滾動“微生物表達蛋白藥物規模化製備平台技術”(副組長、子課題承擔人),國家中小企業創新基金“I類新葯重組人凋亡素2配體的臨床研究”(承擔人),“十一五”國家863專題“生物法製備2,3-丁二醇”(目標導向,承擔人)等。
