學術研究

分離純化和結構鑒定來源於天然資源庫的活性天然產物,基於GLUT4和SGLT2靶點發現潛在的抗糖尿病活性化合物。
●基於天然產物庫和GLUT4及SGLT2靶點的抗糖尿病活性成分及機制研究。
● 高分辨傅里葉轉換質譜導向的小分子酶抑製劑的發現。
● 具體的研究方向。
1、基於天然產物的先導化合物發現流程。
● 中草藥及民族藥物樣品庫的建立。
● 先導化合物樣的微量提取物庫的建立。
依據新葯研發的經典規律—Lipinski五規則,我們採用特殊的柱色譜前處理技術建立了主要包含先導化合物類似組分的微量提取物庫。
● 預分離組分庫的建立。
我們開發了一種特殊的柱色譜技術用來捕捉先導化合物類似或新葯分子類似的天然產物。運用此項技術,在1000種微量提取物的基礎上,我們創建了包含多於5000個先導化合物類似或新葯分子類似的天然產物的預分離組分庫。
2、基於GLUT4靶點的抗糖尿病化合物發現。
●GLUT4是生物體調控葡萄糖吸收和利用過程的一個關鍵蛋白。
●基於GLUT4靶點的抗糖尿病活性篩選體系的建立。
●基於Ⅱ型糖尿病動物模型的體內抗糖尿病活性評價。
●基於免疫印跡技術的抗糖尿病機制研究。
