於澄宇
於澄宇,男,1973年10月生,陝西岐山人,副研究員。1997年獲得西北農業大學土壤與植物營養學士學位。從事油菜遺傳育種研究工作。2003年獲西北農林科技大學生化與分子生物學碩士學位。2009年獲西北農林科技大學作物遺傳育種專業博士學位。2014年9月-2015年7月在加拿大曼尼托巴大學植物科學系栗根義教授實驗室公派訪學。2005年在捷克Crop Research Institute, Prague短期研修。2006年入選西北農林科技大學“青年科研骨幹支持計劃”。入選教育部2010年“新世紀優秀人才”。
承擔國家自然科學基金、農業部油菜現代產業體系子項目、教育部新世紀優秀人才、陝西省科技攻關、陝西省自然科學基金項目、唐仲英育種基金、中央高校基本科研業務費、西北農林科技大學青年科研骨幹計劃等10餘個項目。在油菜雜種優勢利用原理與方法、黃籽油菜遺傳和生理、特異種質資源的創製方面取得進展。首次驗證通過抑制乙醯乳酸合成酶(Acetolactate Synthase)活性可以誘導植物雄性不育,篩選出多種適於芸苔屬、禾本科植物的新型、超高效化學殺雄劑如Tribenuron、Amidosulfuron、Imazethapyr等。發現並選育了373S、 Hy50S、SP2S等一批油菜光溫敏雄性不育油菜、黃白雙色花瓣變異991S、四室角果芥菜型黃籽油菜FV-08、芥菜型黃化突變體 L638-y、高亞麻酸油菜R8Q10等。發表學術論文40餘篇,12篇為SCI收錄,3篇為EI收錄。獲批國家發明專利8項。
