陳吉祥

中國海洋大學博士生導師

陳吉祥,男,1963年10月生,甘肅武山人,博士,海洋生命學院微生物學教授,博士生導師。

人物經歷


1986年畢業於甘肅農業大學動物醫學專業。
1995年畢業於華東理工大學生化工程系生物化學專業,獲理學碩士學位。
1999年畢業於中國科學院蘭州化學物理研究所物理化學酶化學)專業,獲理學博士學位。
1986年-1995年在中國農業科學院中獸醫研究所工作,1999-200年在中國農業科學院畜牧與獸葯研究所工作。
2000年-2002年在青島海洋大學海洋生物學專業做博士后研究。
2002-2011年在中國海洋大學工作。 
2011年5月起在蘭州理工大學石油化工學院工作。

主要成就


研究領域

1.環境微生物多樣性微生物生態:主要進行環境微生物多樣性研究,微生物與自然環境的作用,微生物在自然環境中形成的活的非可培養狀態及意義。
2.微生物酶及生物活性物質的研究:微生物及動物來源的酶的分離純化、基因克隆表達及應用。抗病原微生物活性成分的分離純化、性質及應用研究。
3.石油污染物及有毒有機物的微生物降解及機理:主要進行石油污染物及有毒有機物降解的微生物的篩選,鑒定,功能基因的克隆、表達及應用研究,污染水環境的微生物處理及生物修復研究。
4.水產養殖環境及食品中致病微生物的檢測及食品安全評價:水產養殖動物病原微生物的分類鑒定、病原菌致病的分子機制,利用體內外突變技術研究病原菌的毒力基因功能,新型疫苗包括基因工程疫苗DNA疫苗。食品致病微生物多樣性,食源性微生物的致病機制及快速檢測技術。

蘭州理工大學第六屆學術委員會委員。中國微生物學會終生會員,美國微生物學會會員,中國水產學會資深會員。國家自然科學基金項目、國家863計劃項目、教育部科技項目、山東省科技成果評審專家。Applied Environmental Microbiology, International Journal of Food Microbiology,Journal of Molecular Microbiology and Biotechnology,BMC Microbiology、生態學報應用生態學報中國海洋大學學報海洋與湖沼等國內外多家雜誌的特約審稿人。參與編寫專著3部。發表論文70餘篇,其中SCI、25篇(第一及通訊作者14篇);申報專利4件,有3件專利獲得授權。主持國家自然科學基金、國家“十一五”863計劃項目和農業部公益性行業專項子專題等項目5項,參加“十一五”863計劃項目重點項目和國家973計劃項目等3項。已主持和作為學術骨幹參與完成了國家“十五”863計劃項目、國家自然科學基金項目、上海市科技興農項目,中英達爾文國際合作項目,國家“九五”攻關,中國農科院科研基金等10多項。獲得的獎勵有國家海洋局海洋創新成果二等獎2項(第1位,第2位);國家質量監督檢驗檢疫總局“科技興檢獎”三等獎1項(第3位)山東省進出口檢驗檢疫局科技進步二等獎1項(第三位),中國水產科學研究院科技進步一等獎1項(5位)。
