江仁望

暨南大學藥學院教授

江仁望,1973年7月15日出生,理學博士(香港中文大學),暨南大學藥學院教授,博士生導師,廣東省 高等學校“千百十工程”省級培養對象,教育部新世紀優秀人才計劃入選者,新世紀 百千萬人才工程國家級人選。

社會生活


1996年獲湖北中醫學院中藥學學士學位,1999年獲中國協和醫科大學理學碩士(藥物化學), 2002年獲香港中文大學理學博士學位(化學)。博士畢業后,先後在香港中文大學中醫中藥研究所,美國喬治亞理工學院(Georgia Institute of Technology)和哈佛醫學院 (Harvard Medical School) 從事博士后研究。2008年3月回國,現任暨南大學藥學院中藥及天然藥物研究所教授。長期從事活性天然產物的研究,在天然產物的分離,鑒定及其生物活性等方面有豐富研究經驗。在香港及海外學習和工作期間,先後參與了香港研究資助局、香港創新科技署及美國NIH等項目8項。回國后,迅速獲得國家基金、廣東省基金、廣東省高層次人才項目及教育部新世紀優秀人才的資助。在Journal of Natural Products, Phytochemistry, Tetrahedron, Tetrahedron Letters, Bioorganic and Medicinal Chemistry等本學科主流的SCI期刊發表論文60餘篇, 博士畢業論文“Antiviral compo-nents against respiratory viruses from medi-cinal plants”獲香港中文大學2002年度優秀畢業論文獎。研究方向為具有抗癌活性的天然產物(大小分子)的發現、三維結構及其作用靶點研究。

科研情況


研究方向

具有抗癌活性的天然甾體類化合物的發現、三維結構及其作用靶點研究(Discovery, three dimensional structures and molecular targets of natural steroids with anticancer properties)
主要包括四個方面的研究內容:
1. 從植物、動物樣本中提取分離甾體類化合物,並比較不同物種中甾體類化合物的異同(Isolation of natural steroids from plants and animals, and comparison of the steoids profiles among different species).
2. 甾體類化合物的結構修飾以增加結構多樣性(Structural modification of natural steroids so as to increase the chemical diversity)
3. 採用波譜學方法及單晶衍射分析法獲得甾體類化合物的三維結構(Determination of the three dim-ensional structures of natural steroids by spectroscopic methods and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyis).
4. 研究甾體類化合物的抗癌活性及作用靶標(Investigate the anticancer activities and molecular targets of steroids).
