劉秀梵
揚州大學獸醫學院教授
劉秀梵,男,動物傳染病學專家。出生於江蘇省靖江市。1965年畢業於蘇北農學院,中國工程院院士,中國畜牧獸醫學會理事,動物傳染病學分會副理事長。現任揚州大學獸醫學院教授、博士生導師,國家重點學科預防獸醫學學科帶頭人,農業部畜禽傳染病重點開放實驗室主任。
劉秀梵院士在動物疫苗和診斷試劑研製中取得多項創新研究成果,並有顯著應用成效,曾獲得國家科技進步二等獎1項、部省級科技進步一等獎2項。主編著作兩部,發表學術論文200餘篇,其中國際學術刊物發表的SCI收錄論文近20篇。
2005年當選為中國工程院院士,2015年入選世界獸醫家禽協會榮譽堂。

截至2011年,劉秀梵院士承擔“863”項目、“973”項目、國家自然科學基金重大項目、國家自然科學基金項目課題以及一批部省級科研項目,並取得眾多研究成果。雞傳染性法氏囊病中等毒力活疫苗(NF8株)的研究獲得國家科技進步二等獎,“新城疫檢疫規程”2000年被農業部鑒定為國家標準,先後獲農業部科技進步三等獎,江蘇省科技進步一、二、三等獎,國家教委科技進步(甲類)三等獎多項。在國內率先將單抗技術應用於動物疫病研究和控制領域,研製出針對重要畜禽病原體的單抗100多種,建立了快速診斷檢驗的新方法。
研製出禽流感(H9亞型)滅活疫苗和雞馬立克氏病2+3型雙價活疫苗等5種新疫苗,取得國家新獸葯證書,已批准工業化生產並在全國範圍推廣應用,佔有較大市場份額,產生很好的經濟和社會效益。主編中國第一部獸醫流行病學教材和專著,在中國禽流感、新城疫等重要動物疫病流行病學研究中,做了一系列基礎性工作,為制定相關疫病的有效防制對策提供了重要科學依據。
在重要畜禽疫病的發病機理和免疫機理及新城疫病毒基因組結構等基礎研究中有重要發現,在載體和重組疫苗等高新技術研究中取得重要成果,具有重要的學術意義和應用價值。發表學術論文200餘篇,其中國際學術刊物發表的SCI收錄論文18篇(第一作者和通訊作者16篇)。
