華東師範大學生命醫學研究所PI

王平,教授,博士生導師,辦公地點位於生科院生命醫學研究所。通訊地址位於上海市閔行區東川路500號生命科學學院。研究方向為細胞信號傳導、炎性細胞遷移的分子機制、腫瘤及幹細胞中關鍵蛋白的調控機制。畢業於復旦大學生命科學學院生物系。

人物經歷


1997年畢業於復旦大學生命科學學院生物系,獲理學學士學位;
2002年7月畢業於中科院上海細胞與生化研究所,獲分子細胞生物學博士學位;
2003年到2008年先後在美國明尼蘇達大學、康地涅克大學及耶魯大學藥學系做博士后研究。
2008年7月受聘於華東師範大學,任教授及博士生導師。

主要貢獻


科研方向

細胞信號傳導
(1) 炎症信號傳導:炎性細胞如中性粒細胞發生定向遷移的分子機制;血管內皮細胞在炎症發生中的作用及調控機制;炎症過程中白細胞與血管內皮細胞黏附的分子機制;炎症相關重大疾病。
(2) 腫瘤信號傳導:腫瘤發生髮展及轉移中的重要調控蛋白(如AKT/Myc/PTEN/KLFs等)的翻譯后修飾如泛素化及類泛素化、磷酸化及乙醯化以及與腫瘤發生的關係。
(3)幹細胞信號傳導:幹細胞乾性維持及分化過程中關鍵蛋白的翻譯后修飾如泛素化、磷酸化及乙醯化調控。
