（1）周選圍主持：利用DNA改組技術優化真菌免疫調節蛋白基因”， 2007國家自然科學基金面上項目（項目編號：30771500）；資助經費：29萬元；執行年限： 2008.1-2010.12.

（2）周選圍主持：“產紫杉醇內生真菌基因工程改良的研究”2007上海市科委中藥現代化專項基金，經費：60萬元，執行年限： 2007.9-2010.9.

（3）周選圍主持：“靈芝生葯質量分子檢測技術的研究”，2005年上海市科委專項基金（05DZ05007），經費：15/55萬，執行年限： 2005.10-2007.10。

（4）周選圍主持（之一）：食藥用菌菌種保藏中心、標本資料庫研製，陝西省教委重點實驗室專項基金，經費：37萬元，2000.－2001。

（5）周選圍主持：“靈芝的綜合開發和利用”，1995年陝西省教委基金項目（95jk020）；經費：1.2萬元；1995－1997。

1997年通過陝西省科技廳組織的鑒定（陝科鑒字[97]第097號）。

（6）周選圍主持：松茸的馴化培養與菌類產品的深加工（99JK014）；陝西省教委重點科研計劃項目；經費：5萬元，1999－2002.（已結題）。

在多年教學科研工作中，先後獲陝西省教育廳科技進步二等獎(第1)和教育部辦公廳“世界銀行貸款 師範教育發展項目改革課題”優秀成果三等獎(第3)各1項；主編《天然抗癌植物資源與開發利用》(西北大學出版社，1999)、參編《體外培養的原理和技術》（科學出版社，2001）、《中草藥生物技術》（復旦大學出版社，2005）等專著和教材共8部，在國內外雜誌公開發表論文百餘篇。
