東南大學交通學院教授
何傑，男，博士，東南大學交通學院運輸與物流工程系教授、博士生導師。
何傑是載運工具運用工程研究所所長，華盛頓大學、澳大利亞昆士蘭科技大學訪問學者，江蘇省省委組織部第四批科技鎮長團成員，江蘇省高校“青藍工程”優秀青年骨幹教師培養對象、“青藍工程”中青年學術骨幹培養對象。
何傑是國家自然科學基金評審專家庫專家，教育部科研基金、科技獎勵、學位中心等評審專家庫專家，江蘇省、山東、湖北、江西等多個省科技項目評審專家庫專家；《中國公路學報》、《交通運輸工程學報》、《長安大學學報》、《西南交通大學學報》、《公路交通科技》、《吉林大學學報》、《重慶交通大學學報》、《華中科技大學學報》、《武漢理工大學學報》、《Safety Science》、《system dynamic systems》等學術期刊審稿人。
