王永棟

王永棟,1967年1月生,理學博士,研究員,博士生導師,德國洪堡獎學金和中國科學院留學基金獲得者,美國佛羅里達大學和德國圖賓根大學高級訪問學者,江蘇省333高層次學科帶頭人重點培養對象,中國科學院科技創新合作團隊負責人。

人物任職


擔任第八屆國際侏羅系大會秘書長及第二屆國際古生物學大會執委會秘書長。成功組織多次本領域具有重要影響的古生物地層學國際會議和全國專業學術會議。
從事中生代植物學陸相地層學研究,在中生代植物類群系統解剖、多樣性演化、時空分佈以及古氣候環境背景等研究方面取得了重要進展和科研成果。主持承擔國家自然科學基金、科技部973項目一級課題、中科院知識創新重要方向項目、中科院創新合作交叉團隊項目以及國際合作項目等10餘項。獲得江蘇省科學技術獎二等獎、國際侏羅系金菊石獎。發表論文100餘篇(其中SCI刊物收錄論文50篇),合作出版專著6部,主編國際和國內學術論文集和叢書7部,代表性成果被歐美權威教科書和重要專著等引用。

從事中生代植物學及陸相地層學研究,研究方向:中生代植物類群的解剖、多樣性演化、時空分佈以及古氣候環境背景。主要包括:
1)真蕨植物化石比較解剖及原位孢子研究
2)裸子植物(銀杏類、蘇鐵類和松柏類)解剖構造研究
3)中生代植物多樣性、古生態、古氣候與時空分佈模式
4)中生代陸相生態系統的植被演替、氣候事件與環境演化
5)中生代溫室氣候變化及古氣候重建
6)中生代陸相地層微古植物群與油氣形成環境

1)第八屆國際侏羅系大會(2010年8月,四川射洪):本次會議是首次在亞太地區舉辦。大會由國際地球科學計劃委員會、國際侏羅紀地層分會和國家自然科學基金委員會發起,國土資源部、中國科學院和四川省人民政府共同主辦,中科院南京地質古生物研究所四川省國土資源廳、四川省遂寧市人民政府和射洪縣人民政府聯合承辦。擔任大會秘書長和國際學術委員會委員。
2)第二屆國際古生物學大會(IPC2006,北京):系國際古生物學協會(IPC)每四年舉辦的系列國際大會,擔任大會執委會學術秘書,合作主編大會論文摘要集《Ancient Life and Modern Approaches》(《遠古生命與現代研究途徑》)1部。
