李大祥

茶學副教授

李大祥,安徽安慶人,中共黨員。博士,教授,茶學碩士生導師;留學回國人員,安徽省學術和技術帶頭人後備人選,安徽省高校優秀中青年骨幹教師,安徽省首屆教壇新秀,國家精品課程《茶葉生物化學》主講教師,主要從事茶葉生物化學與茶的綜合利用、茶與健康、茶葉標準方向的教學和科研工作。

人物經歷


1993年9月—2004年2月在安徽農業大學茶業系茶學專業學習,分獲農學學士、碩士和博士學位,隨後在安徽農業大學茶業系工作至今。其中,2002年3月—2003年7月在美國Medical College of Ohio、2009年9月—12月在比利時Université Catholique de Louvain、2011年9月—2013年9月在美國University of Toledo College of Medicine等從事合作交流及博士后研究工作。曾先後參加或主持國際標準化工作項目、現代農業(茶葉)產業技術體系、科技部攀登計劃國家自然科學基金、農業科技成果轉化基金、安徽省國際合作項目、安徽省自然科學基金、安徽省教育廳自然科學基金等項目十餘項。公開發表論文70多篇。共同主編《茶學專業英語》、參編《Tea and Tea Products:Chemistry and Health-promoting Properties》、十一五規劃教材《茶葉生物化學實驗教程》。獲安徽省科學技術二等獎二項,中國茶葉學會青年科技獎一項,黃山市科學技術三等獎一項,安徽省教學成果一等獎二項、二等獎二項。
