孫長凱
孫長凱,男,1963年5月出生,上海第二軍醫大學軍醫系81級,西安第四軍醫大學臨床神經病學碩士與醫學博士,北京軍事醫學科學院博士后,美國Cleveland Clinic神經科學系神經炎症實驗室訪問科學家,生物醫學工程系神經生理學實驗室高級訪問學者,神經病學研究所癲癇中心客座教授。

1986年開始從事醫療、科研、教學及其管理工作(工齡自1981年入伍算起)。主攻研究:大腦保護與修復臨床及基礎(基礎醫學、生物學與工程技術科學)雙向轉化研究(腦血管疾病、難治性癲癎、糖尿病腦病等重大大腦疾病複雜網路組合靶點機制、組合干預防治策略和方法轉化工程系統構建)。1988-9年參加軍隊“七五”重點課題《中國腦血管病流行病學研究》(腦血栓、腦出血癥狀、體征、化驗等“生物標誌物”與臨床流行病學,上海第二軍醫大學王桂清副教授等主持),從此開始從事腦血栓、腦出血及其併發症(動脈粥樣硬化、糖尿病、繼發性癲癇等)與後遺症(癱瘓等)的防治研究。1992年以來長期從事針對急性缺血性腦卒中、頑固性癲癎及慢性神經變性等重大腦疾患的興奮毒性干預研究(植物化學物、生物技術及非創傷性物理策略與方法)。建立解放軍大連210醫院神經心理學診療室(1998年獲批)、大連醫科大學腦疾病研究所(2002年獲批)、遼寧省高校省級腦疾病研究重點實驗室(2004年獲批,擔任主任至今)及遼寧省腦疾病重點實驗室(2005年獲批,擔任主任至今),承擔2010年“中央財政支持地方高校發展專項資金科研平台和學生專業能力實踐基地項目建設規劃”—“神經保護與損傷修復學生實驗平台建設項目”(負責人,200萬元,財政部經遼寧省財政廳下撥)、2014年“中央財政支持地方高校發展專項資金”“大腦細胞網路模型平台”建設項目(負責人,350萬元,經遼寧省教育廳下撥)。承擔各類相關攻關研究課題30餘項,包括主持國家科技重大專項課題一項(課題總組長,總經費2047萬元,其中中央經費647萬元,單位、遼寧省政府、企業匹配共1400萬元,2012-2015四年期項目,衛生部、科技部、發改委、財政部四部委多層評審與管理),負責參與973、863計劃課題各一項,承擔和指導國家自然科學基金課題13項,其它國家級課題3項。1992年率先開展興奮毒性腦損害中的活性氮介質機制研究(1995年國家自然科學基金課題主任基金項目、1997年面上項目、2005年年度探索項目),發現興奮毒性腦損害中“谷氨酸受體—組成型一氧化氮合酶/白細胞介素6—星形膠質細胞”新的網路級聯機制,揭示了內、外源性一氧化氮介質/L-精氨酸抗興奮毒性的腦保護作用。
